Processing & Production
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after your order is submitted. Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.
Shipping
Once your order has been produced and shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.
Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after your shipping label has been created.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be fulfilled by different production partners. If this happens, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
